BDry of Alabama has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage open service tickets
  • Perform inspections of existing waterproofing and foundation systems at customers’ homes
  • Identify and repair failed systems
  • Design repair plan for new installations
  • Develop opportunities to initiate sales.
  • Provide and coordinate scheduling
  • Manage a team of service crews

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years experience in waterproofing and/or foundation industry or similar industry
  • Construction sales experience – individual will have the ability to sell additional systems to existing customer base
  • Highly professional individual with a problem solving mindset.
  • Strong communicator with customers to explain their current system issues and how we can solve their issue.

  • $50-70k salary based on experience
