Service Manager
BDry of Alabama has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage open service tickets
- Perform inspections of existing waterproofing and foundation systems at customers’ homes
- Identify and repair failed systems
- Design repair plan for new installations
- Develop opportunities to initiate sales.
- Provide and coordinate scheduling
- Manage a team of service crews
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years experience in waterproofing and/or foundation industry or similar industry
- Construction sales experience – individual will have the ability to sell additional systems to existing customer base
- Highly professional individual with a problem solving mindset.
- Strong communicator with customers to explain their current system issues and how we can solve their issue.
Benefits and pay:
- $50-70k salary based on experience
- 5% commission on all sales
