BDry of Alabama has an immediate opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant.


  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with minimum instructions.
  • Manage all technician appointment scheduling. Ensure that repetitive customer accounts have services completed on schedule.  Schedule appointments for efficient routing so technicians can minimize their drive time.
  • Call customers to schedule appointments.



  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Must be fluent in English, written and verbal
